GAS SAFETY (GASHOLDERS EXAMINATION) REGULATION - SECT 7
Owner liable for expenses, etc.
(1) The owner of a gasholder shall be liable for all expenses incurred in any
examination, or work carried out as a consequence of such examination, of the
gasholder under this Regulation.
(2) Any such expenses shall be recoverable from the owner as a civil debt due
to the Government. (Enacted 1996)
