GAS SAFETY (REGISTRATION OF GAS SUPPLY COMPANIES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 5

Application for registration

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) A company may make an application in an approved form to the Authority to
be registered as a gas supply company but, in any case, the company shall
state in that form its address for service by post.

(2) An application under subregulation (1) shall be accompanied by a fee of
