GAS SAFETY (REGISTRATION OF GAS INSTALLERS AND GAS CONTRACTORS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 6

Information and particulars to be furnished

(1) An applicant shall furnish to the Authority such information and
particulars as the Authority requires for the purpose of determining whether
registration as a gas installer should be granted or refused.

(2) For the purpose referred to in subregulation (1), the Authority may
require the attendance before him of an applicant, and may examine any
applicant who so attends. (Enacted 1990)
