GAS SAFETY (REGISTRATION OF GAS INSTALLERS AND GAS CONTRACTORS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 5

Application for registration

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) A person may make an application in the approved form to the Authority to
be registered as a gas installer but, in any case, he shall state in that
form-

   (a)  the class or classes of gas installation work in respect of which he
        is seeking such registration; and

   (b)  his address for service by post.

(2) An application under subregulation (1) shall be accompanied by a fee of
