Qualifications for registration

PART III

REGISTRATION OF GAS INSTALLERS

A person is qualified to be registered as a gas installer in respect of a
class of gas installation work if-

   (a)  he is an individual; and

   (b)  he-

        (i)    has the prescribed qualifications applicable to that class;

        (ii)   has qualifications which, in the opinion of the Authority, are
               not less than the prescribed qualifications referred to in
               subparagraph

        (i)    ; or

        (iii)  has, in the opinion of the Authority, such knowledge and
               relevant practical experience with respect to that class as is
               not less than that specified in the prescribed qualifications
               referred to in subparagraph (i). (Enacted 1990)
