GAS SAFETY (REGISTRATION OF GAS INSTALLERS AND GAS CONTRACTORS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 30

Inspection of register

(1) The register shall be kept at the office of the Authority or at such other
place as may be notified by the Authority by notice in the Gazette.

(2) Any person shall be entitled-

   (a)  to inspect the register during ordinary office hours and take copies
        of any entry therein; and

   (b)  on payment of a fee of $20, to obtain from the Authority a copy,
        certified by or under the authority of the Authority to be correct, of
        any entry in the register. (Enacted 1990)
