GAS SAFETY (REGISTRATION OF GAS INSTALLERS AND GAS CONTRACTORS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 15

Information and particulars to be furnished

(1) An applicant shall furnish to the Authority such information and
particulars as the Authority requires for the purpose of determining whether
registration as a gas contractor should be granted or refused.

(2) For the purpose referred to in subregulation (1), the Authority may
require the attendance before him of an applicant who is an individual or, in
the case of an applicant which is a company, a representative of the company
who is an individual authorized in writing by the company to so attend, and
may examine any such individual who so attends. (Enacted 1990)
