GAS SAFETY (REGISTRATION OF GAS INSTALLERS AND GAS CONTRACTORS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 14

Application for registration

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) A person may make an application in the approved form to the Authority to
be registered as a gas contractor but, in any case, he shall state in that
form his address for service by post.

(2) An application under subregulation (1) shall be accompanied by a fee of
