GAS SAFETY (REGISTRATION OF GAS INSTALLERS AND GAS CONTRACTORS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 11

Registered gas installer to notify change of name or address

Where any registered gas installer changes his name, or address for service by
post specified in his application under regulation 5, subsequent to his
registration as a gas installer, he shall give written notification to the
Authority of such change not later than 21 days after such change takes place.
