GAS SAFETY (INSTALLATION AND USE) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 38
Defence
It shall be a defence to a charge under regulation 37 alleging a contravention
of regulation 4(1), 6(3), 13, 14(2), 15 or 30(1) if the person charged shows
that he took all reasonable steps to prevent such contravention. (Enacted
1990)
