GAS SAFETY (INSTALLATION AND USE) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 37

Offences

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) Subject to regulation 38, any person who contravenes any provisions of
regulation 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10(1), (3), (4), (5) or (6) , 11, 12, 13, 14, 15,
16(1) or (2), 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33,
34, 35(2) or (3) or 36 commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a
fine at level 2.

(1A) Any person who contravenes regulation 23A(1) commits an offence and is
liable on conviction to a fine at level 3. (L.N. 43 of 2002)

(2) Any person who contravenes regulation 27(1), (2) or (3) commits an offence
and is liable on conviction to a fine at level 3 and to imprisonment for 3
months.

(3) Any person who contravenes regulation 35(1) commits an offence and is
