PARTICULARS TO BE CONTAINED IN PERMIT
[regulation 27]
1. Name of owner of gas vehicle.
2. Address of owner of gas vehicle.
3. The registration mark, within the meaning of the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap 374), of gas vehicle.
4. Permit number.
5. Date of expiry.
6. Permit conditions.
