GAS SAFETY (GAS SUPPLY) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 35
Alterations to gas vehicle
No material alteration in-
(a) the design or construction; or
(b) the relevant equipment specified in Schedule 2, of a gas vehicle in
respect of which a permit has been issued shall be made without the
permission in writing of the Authority. (Enacted 1990)
