GAS SAFETY (GAS SUPPLY) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 28
Permit subject to conditions
(1) A permit issued in respect of a gas vehicle may be issued subject to such
reasonable conditions as the Authority thinks fit and as are specified in the
permit.
(2) The Authority may at any time add to, vary or revoke any conditions
specified by him under subregulation (1) in a permit and shall amend the
permit accordingly.
(3) No person shall use a gas vehicle in contravention of any condition
specified in the permit issued in respect of the vehicle. (Enacted 1990)
