GAS SAFETY (GAS SUPPLY) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 16
Only competent persons to carry out work on or in relation to gas pipes
No person shall carry out any work on or in relation to a gas pipe unless he
is-
(a) competent, by virtue of his training and substantial practical
experience, to carry out that work; or
(b) under the supervision of a person to whom paragraph (a) applies.
