GAS SAFETY (GAS QUALITY) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 8

Exemptions

The Authority may exempt in writing any person from any of the provisions of
regulation 3, 4 or 5(1)-

   (a)  where the Authority is of the opinion that the safety of members of
        the public will not be prejudiced by such exemption; and

   (b)  subject to such reasonable conditions as the Authority thinks fit
        specified in such exemption. (Enacted 1990)
