GAS SAFETY (GAS QUALITY) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 7
Defence
It shall be a defence to a charge under regulation 6 alleging the
contravention of a provision referred to in that regulation that the person
charged-
(a) shows that such contravention was due to circumstances beyond his
control; and
(b) took all reasonably practicable steps to prevent such contravention.
