GAS SAFETY (GAS QUALITY) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 5
Distinctive smell
(1) Subject to subregulation (2), no person shall supply any gas which does
not possess a distinctive smell.
(2) Subregulation (1) shall not apply to the supply of gas for use in-
(a) cigarette lighters; or
(b) aerosol cans. (Enacted 1990)
