RAILWAYS (EXEMPTION) ORDER - SECT 1

Interpretation

In this Order-

"appointed date" (指定日期) means the appointed date within the meaning of
section 45 of the Ordinance;

"existing railway" (現有鐵路) means an existing railway within the meaning
of section 45 of the Ordinance;

"railway" (鐵路) means the railway defined as such under section 2 of the
Mass Transit Railway (Land Resumption and Related Provisions) Ordinance (
Cap 276).
