Restoration of lapsed short-term patents under section 127 of the Ordinance

Section 34 shall apply to short-term patents, with necessary modification, as
if reference in that section to a standard patent was a reference to a
short-term patent and reference to section 40 of the Ordinance was reference
to that section as applied by section 127 of the Ordinance.
