PATENTS (GENERAL) RULES - SECT 78

Short-term patent application based on international application under section 125 of the Ordinance

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) The other date as referred to in section 125(2) of the Ordinance is any
date within 6 months after the date of the issuance (發文日) of the
National Application Notification (國家申請號通知書) by the State 
Intellectual Property Office. (2 of 2001 s. 18)

(2) An application made within the date specified in subsection (1) shall be
accompanied by the copy of the National Application Notification
(國家申請號通知書).
