Application for restoration of rights in relation to an application for a short-term patent under section 123 of the Ordinance
An application under section 123 of the Ordinance for restoration of rights
lost in relation to an application for a short-term patent shall be in the
specified form and shall be accompanied by the additional prescribed fee.
