Searching authority

The following searching authorities are prescribed for the purposes of section
113(8)(a) of the Ordinance-

   (a)  the International Searching Authorities appointed under Article 16 of
        the Patent Cooperation Treaty;

   (b)  the patent offices designated for the purposes of the Ordinance under
        section 8 of the Ordinance.
