PATENTS (GENERAL) RULES - SECT 70
Claim regarding non-prejudicial disclosure under section 109(b) of the Ordinance
The following written evidence is prescribed for the purposes of section 109
of the Ordinance in relation to non-prejudicial disclosure as provided for
under paragraph (b) of that section-
(a) a certificate, issued at the exhibition by the authority responsible
for holding the exhibition, stating-
(i) that the invention was in fact exhibited there;
(ii) the opening date of the exhibition and, where the first
disclosure of the invention did not take place on the opening
date, the date of the first disclosure;
(b) an identification of the invention, duly authenticated by the
authority.
