PATENTS (GENERAL) RULES - SECT 65

Procedure where applicant is not the inventor or sole inventor

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

Where the applicant or applicants are not the inventor or inventors-

   (a)  the statement required by section 113(2)(c) of the Ordinance shall be
        in the specified form; and

   (b)  the Registrar shall send a copy of the statement to each inventor who
        is not one of the applicants. (L.N. 37 of 2004)
