PATENTS (GENERAL) RULES - SECT 6
Authorization under section 13(5) of the Ordinance
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
(1) An application under subsection (5) of section 13 of the Ordinance for
authority to do anything on behalf of a person to whom directions have been
given under subsection (3)(c) or (4) of that section shall-
(a) be in the specified form;
(b) be accompanied by a statement setting out fully the facts upon which
the applicant relies and the nature of the authorization sought; and
(c) be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
(2) The applicant shall, at the same time as he files the application, send a
copy of the application and statement to the person alleged to have failed to
comply with the directions.
(3) The Registrar may give such directions as he may think fit with regard to
the subsequent procedure. (L.N. 37 of 2004)
