Filing of corrected translation under section 106(3) of the Ordinance

(1) Section 12 shall apply in relation to a corrected translation filed under
section 106(3) of the Ordinance as it applies in relation to the documents
making up a request to record.

(2) Payment of the fee prescribed for the purposes of section 106(3) of the
Ordinance in connection with the publication of the corrected translation
shall be made by filing a request for publication in the specified form
accompanied by the fee.

(3) The period prescribed for payment of the prescribed fee for the purposes
of section 106(3) of the Ordinance shall be 14 days from the day on which the
corrected translation is filed.
