PATENTS (GENERAL) RULES - SECT 44
Entries relating to section 13(1) of the Ordinance
On the reference to the Registrar of a question under section 13(1) of the
Ordinance he shall, subject to section 43(1), cause an entry to be made in the
register of the fact and of such other information relating to the reference
as he may think fit.
