PATENTS (GENERAL) RULES - SECT 11

Period of grace

If the filing fee or advertisement fee payable under section 15(4) of the
Ordinance has not been paid within the time provided for in that subsection,
it may still be validly paid within a period of grace of 1 month after the
sending by the Registrar to the applicant of a communication pointing out the
failure to observe the time limit if, and only if, within this period an
additional prescribed fee is paid.
