PATENTS (GENERAL) RULES - SECT 10

Details relating to the previous disclosure of the invention

For the purposes of the statement required under section 15(2)(f) of the
Ordinance, the following details relating to the previous disclosure of the
invention are prescribed-

   (a)  the name and place of the exhibition or meeting referred to in
        section 55 of these Rules at which the invention was first disclosed;

   (b)  the opening date of such exhibition or meeting;

   (c)  if the first disclosure of the invention did not take place on the
        opening date of such exhibition or meeting, the date of such first
        disclosure.
