ESTATE AGENTS (DETERMINATION OF COMMISSION DISPUTES) REGULATION - SECT 5
Appointment of adjudicator
(1) For a dispute referred to the Authority for determination under section 4,
the Authority shall, as soon as practicable, appoint one of its officers as
adjudicator for determining the dispute on behalf of the Authority.
(2) No person shall be appointed to be an adjudicator unless he is a barrister
or solicitor within the meaning of the Legal Practitioners Ordinance (
Cap 159).
