ESTATE AGENTS (DETERMINATION OF COMMISSION DISPUTES) REGULATION - SECT 34

Interpretation and enforcement of this Regulation

(1) The adjudicator shall be empowered to interpret and determine the
applicability of all provisions of this Regulation and to take appropriate
action to obtain compliance with any ruling made by him whilst
determination proceedings are being conducted.

(2) The adjudicator may modify the requirements of this Regulation in relation
to the sending of letters and documents or the length of time periods in
particular cases where, in his opinion, it is expedient to do so in the
interest of justice.
