ESTATE AGENTS (DETERMINATION OF COMMISSION DISPUTES) REGULATION - SECT 33
Applicable law
(1) Hong Kong law shall apply to the determination proceedings.
(2) The adjudicator shall determine all disputes in accordance with the terms
of the estate agency agreement and any other agreement regarding commission or
other fees and take into account the usages of the trade applicable to the
transaction.
