ESTATE AGENTS (DETERMINATION OF COMMISSION DISPUTES) REGULATION - SECT 32
Confidentiality
(1) The adjudicator may in his discretion determine that certain information
relating to the determination proceedings shall be kept confidential.
(2) Without prejudice to section 22(6), such confidential information shall
not be disclosed by any person without the prior written consent of the
adjudicator.
