ESTATE AGENTS (DETERMINATION OF COMMISSION DISPUTES) REGULATION - SECT 31
Destruction of documents
The Authority and the adjudicator may destroy all documents sent to them after
the expiry of a period of 1 year from the date of the last correspondence
received by them relating to the determination proceedings.
