ESTATE AGENTS (DETERMINATION OF COMMISSION DISPUTES) REGULATION - SECT 20

Settlement

(1) If, before the determination is made, the parties agree on a settlement of
the dispute, the adjudicator shall record the settlement in the form of a
determination on agreed terms.

(2) The adjudicator is not obliged to give any reasons for a determination
made under subsection (1).

(3) A determination made under subsection (1) shall be signed by the
adjudicator and shall be delivered to the parties and lodged with the
Authority for filing.
