ESTATE AGENTS (DETERMINATION OF COMMISSION DISPUTES) REGULATION - SECT 18
Privileged communications
If mediation process has been held before the dispute is referred to the
Authority for determination, anything communicated to a mediator shall not be
admissible in evidence in the determination proceedings except with the
consent of the person who made such communication.
