ESTATE AGENTS (DETERMINATION OF COMMISSION DISPUTES) REGULATION - SECT 14
Time and place of determination proceedings
(1) The adjudicator shall designate a time and place in Hong Kong for the
determination proceedings to take place.
(2) Notice of the time, date and place for the initial hearing shall be sent
by the Authority to the parties at least 10 working days prior to the date
fixed for hearing and notice for each hearing thereafter shall be given as the
adjudicator may determine.
