ESTATE AGENTS (LICENSING) REGULATION - SECT 8
Minimum number of licensed directors for corporate licensed estate agent
A company shall not be eligible to be granted or hold or continue to hold an
estate agent's licence unless at least one director of the company is a
licensed estate agent.
