ESTATE AGENTS (LICENSING) REGULATION - SECT 12
Amendment of particulars of a licence, etc.
On payment of the prescribed fee and the production of any documentary or
other evidence as the Authority may require, the Authority may upon the
request of a licensee amend any particulars of a licence or a statement of
particulars of business.
