OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH REGULATION - SECT 16
Employees to be provided with adequate supplies of drinking water
(1) The person responsible for a workplace must ensure that sufficient potable
water is provided at the workplace for the consumption by employees who are
employed there.
(2) A person responsible for a workplace who fails to comply with subsection
(1) commits and offence and is liable on conviction to a fine at level 3.
