OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH REGULATION - SECT 14

Responsible person to ensure that floors of workplace are adequately drained

(1) The person responsible for a workplace must ensure that an effective means
for draining the workplace is installed and maintained at the workplace if-

   (a)  an activity carried out at the workplace makes, or is likely to make,
        the floor of the workplace wet; and

   (b)  the wetness can be avoided or eradicated by means of a drainage
        system.

(2) A responsible person for a workplace who fails to comply with subsection
(1) commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine at level 5.
