FREIGHT CONTAINERS (SAFETY) (EXAMINATION PROCEDURE) ORDER - SECT 5
Competent person
The owner of a container shall appoint a person who has sufficient
knowledge and experience of the structure of containers (a "competent person")
to carry out the examination of the container for the purposes of this Order.
