CORONERS (WITNESSES' ALLOWANCES) RULES - SECT 2
Interpretation
In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires-
"witness" (證人) means a person, other than a public officer, attending an
inquest to give evidence, whether or not he gives evidence.
