FUGITIVE OFFENDERS (FINLAND) ORDER - SECT 2

Procedures in Ordinance to apply between Hong Kong and Finland

not yet in operation

(1) In relation to the arrangements mentioned in subsection (2), it is
directed that the procedures in the Ordinance shall apply as between Hong Kong
and the Republic of Finland subject to the limitations, restrictions,
exceptions and qualifications contained in the terms of the arrangements.

(2) The arrangements referred to in subsection (1) are the arrangements for
the surrender of fugitive offenders—

   (a)  which are applicable to the Government and the Government of the
        Republic of Finland; and

   (b)  the terms of which are recited in the Schedule.
