FUGITIVE OFFENDERS (UNITED KINGDOM) ORDER - SECT 2

Procedures in Ordinance to apply between Hong Kong and United Kingdom

In relation to the arrangements for the surrender of fugitive offenders which
are-

   (a)  applicable to the Government of the Hong Kong Special 
        Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and the
        Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern
        Ireland; and

   (b)  recited in the Schedule, it is hereby directed that the procedures in
        the Ordinance shall apply as between Hong Kong and the United Kingdom
        of Great Britain and Northern Ireland subject to the limitations,
        restrictions, exceptions and qualifications contained in those
        arrangements.
