FUGITIVE OFFENDERS (SAFETY OF CIVIL AVIATION) ORDER - SECT 2

Procedures in Ordinance to apply between Hong Kong and certain places outside Hong Kong

In relation to-

   (a)  the arrangements for the surrender of fugitive offenders which are
        recited in Schedule 1 and applicable to Hong Kong and places outside
        Hong Kong;

   (b)  the arrangements for the surrender of fugitive offenders which are
        recited in Schedule 2 and applicable to Hong Kong and places outside
        Hong Kong;

   (c)  the arrangements for the surrender of fugitive offenders which are
        recited in Schedule 3 and applicable to Hong Kong and places outside
        Hong Kong, it is hereby directed that the procedures in the Ordinance
        shall apply as between Hong Kong and-

        (i)    in the case of the arrangements recited in Schedule 1, the
               places outside Hong Kong to which those arrangements relate
               subject to the limitations, restrictions, exceptions and
               qualifications contained in those arrangements as so recited;

        (ii)   in the case of the arrangements recited in Schedule 2, the
               places outside Hong Kong to which those arrangements relate
               subject to the limitations, restrictions, exceptions and
               qualifications contained in those arrangements as so recited;

        (iii)  in the case of the arrangements recited in Schedule 3, the
               places outside Hong Kong to which those arrangements relate
               subject to the limitations, restrictions, exceptions and
               qualifications contained in those arrangements as so recited.
