Procedures in Ordinance to apply between Hong Kong and Malaysia

(Past version on 16/06/2001).

In relation to the arrangements for the surrender of fugitive offenders the
terms of which are recited in Schedules 1 and 2, it is directed that the
procedures in the Ordinance shall apply as between Hong Kong and Malaysia
subject to the limitations, restrictions, exceptions and qualifications
contained in the terms of the arrangements. (L.N. 82 of 2007)
