FUGITIVE OFFENDERS (NETHERLANDS) ORDER - SECT 2

Procedures in Ordinance to apply between Hong Kong and Netherlands

In relation to the arrangements for the surrender of fugitive offenders which
are-

   (a)  applicable to the Government of Hong Kong and the Government of the
        Kingdom of the Netherlands; and

   (b)  recited in the Schedule, it is hereby directed that the procedures in
        the Ordinance shall apply as between Hong Kong and the Kingdom of the
        Netherlands subject to the limitations, restrictions, exceptions and
        qualifications contained in those arrangements as so recited.
