PART II
PROCEEDINGS UNDER PART III OF THE ORDINANCE
(1) Proceedings under sections 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 of the Ordinance may be
disposed of in chambers.
(2) The jurisdiction of the Court under sections 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 of the
Ordinance shall be exercised by a judge. (Enacted 1996)
